Getting Started: Experienced staff will work with you one-on-one and at your pace.

Support: Available 24/7. All support is by phone. For Support Pricing, refer to the specific software product.

Phone Support: Phone support is available 8:00 am to 5:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday. Additionally, phone support is available nights and weekends, but only by appointment. You should generally expect same day response.

Periodic testing of backup of database file - included with support.

WHAT TO DO if you need technical support: If you experience a problem, please contact us by phone or email. Be as specific as possible in describing the problem. State what information you were entering, the type of entry or report, and the specific error message that appeared on the screen.

Technical assistance generally will be limited to answering questions about the use of the software. Optional support is available to assist you with questions about financial accounting, financial reporting, and budget preparation. This optional support also provides assistance with preparing for your auditor, including complete preparation, cover to cover, of your audited Annual Financial Report.
